What types of products do you offer?

At Cussing Carrie's, we specialize in a quirky selection of snarky yet socially relevant merchandise. Our collection includes fun items like sticker packs and t-shirts that allow you to express your views with humor and style.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Since our items are handmade, most components are made to order, so we appreciate your patience!

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you need to return an item, it must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items such as custom products, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

How will I know if my return has been approved?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us right away. We want to make it right for you!

Do you offer local delivery?

If you're in the greater Lansing area, you can arrange to pick up your items to avoid shipping costs. My vehicle access is currently limited but I may be able to arrange for a delivery or meetup as well. Just reach out to us, and we can coordinate a time that works for both of us!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. This will include tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards and PayPal. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
