What brand of T-shirt do you use?

I use Bella + Canvas Unisex Tees. Solid color tees are 100% cotton while heather tees are usually 52/48 cotton/poly blend. I use Bella Canvas tees because they're manufactured in Los Angeles, CA, and they're the softest tees that I've found. They hold up well; I have some that are going on five years old that still look brand new. However, if you prefer another brand or style of tee, just let me know! I can get just about any brand, cut, or style that you prefer. I want you to love your final product!

I don't like T-Shirts. Can I get a tank top or a hoodie instead?

Absolutely! I make everything to order so I can easily change a t-shirt to a tank top, hoodie, v-neck, scoop neck, etc. Tank tops are the same price as regular t-shirts, $22, while crew necks are $30 and hoodies are $35. Just shoot me an email and we'll make your request come to life!

What types of products do you offer?

At Cussing Carrie's, we specialize in a quirky selection of snarky yet socially relevant merchandise. Our collection includes fun items like sticker packs and t-shirts that allow you to express your views with humor and style.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Since our items are handmade, most components are made to order, so we appreciate your patience! (Added note: as of 5/27/25, Carrie is currently in the hospital with blood pressure issues so orders are delayed as of right now. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.)

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you need to return an item, it must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items such as custom products, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

How will I know if my return has been approved?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away. We want to make it right for you!

Do you offer local delivery?

If you're in the greater Lansing area, you can arrange to pick up your items to avoid shipping costs. My vehicle access is currently limited but I may be able to arrange for a delivery or meetup as well. Just reach out to us, and we can coordinate a time that works for both of us!

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. This will include tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards and PayPal. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

I need a Trump shirt. Will you make me one as a custom order?

No, I will not. I do not make any MAGA merchandise. No Alligator Auschwitz, no Gulf of America, no ICE uniforms, no Daddy Trump. I can refer you to someone who will. I will not make any merchandise in support of a cause that I personally oppose. 

I'm a charitable organization. Would you consider making a donation?

Yes, I am happy to donate merchandise and/or gift cards to causes that align with my values. I have done fundraisers for Constellation Cat Cafe, Helping Women Period, the Women's Center of Greater Lansing, and Sistrum. I am a former marching band nerd so I have a weak spot for high school band fundraisers. I try to give back to the community that has so warmly welcomed me with open arms. 

Who is Sylvie and how does she bless stickers?

Sylvie is our void cat and our zoo's chief troublemaker. She likes to sneak into my crafting area, and if I leave stickers sitting on the table, it never fails, she'll lay on them, so we joke that she's "blessing" them. But don't worry, I thoroughly inspect them for any kitty glitter.

We have four cats: Callie, Sylvie, Cash, and Smokey, and a Beagle, Charlie. They thank you for keeping their treat jars full.
